In February this year, the Shanghai Municipal Government officially released the "Plan for Promoting the Construction of the "Big Zero Bay" Science and Technology Innovation Source Functional Zone", taking advantage of the opportunity of the Shanghai Municipal Government to promote the construction of the "Big Zero Bay" innovation source area, this year's Minhang Science and Technology Festival will carry out activities around the theme of "Science and Technology Innovation Source and Intelligent Future", opening a new situation of scientific and technological innovation empowering industrial life and urban development, and condensing innovative intelligence to empower innovation-driven development. 12 Minhang district-level innovation and R&D centers in 2022, 8 enterprises selected into the second batch of "Zhangjiang Star" cultivation plan and 11 top 100 enterprises of "Star of Science and Technology" were awarded honorary medals, so as to encourage the majority of science and technology enterprises to strengthen independent innovation, continuously improve hard science and technology strength, and make new contributions to the economic and social development of Minhang.
At the scene, Minhang popular science IP image version 3.0 was officially released, and its image is very infectious of popular science culture. It is reported that the District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the District Science and Technology Commission Science Association and Hotdog jointly issued a limited public welfare digital blind box - Min Min Blind Box in order to care for autistic children, and presented Minhang Science IP digital blind boxes to 100 "Star Children" families, opening the blind box can randomly get any of the four digital blind boxes of "Maqiao Hand Lion Dance", "Aerospace Pilot", "Metro Conductor" and "Big Zero Bay Maker".
With the digital blind box, children can visit 10 popular science education bases such as Shanghai Aerospace Science Center, Shanghai Metro Museum and Shanghai Jiaotong University Biogenic Science Popularization Base for free within two years, hoping to accompany the "children of the stars" out of loneliness through the infectious power of popular science culture.
